Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned A.G.P. for State.

On perusal of the reply filed on behalf of respondent NO.2 District Collector, Beed, it reveals that the demand was raised on 19th July,

296.16cp (2) 2016 and it was forwarded to the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad on 22nd July, 2016.

Today, learned A.G.P., on instructions, submitted that the amount is already disbursed to the petitioners. Learned Counsel for the petitioners also admits this fact-situation.

In view of above referred facts, nothing survives in the contempt petition and same is accordingly disposed of.
