On 17.12.2025, Superintendent of Pay Unit has forwarded a proposal of the petitioner for payment of arrears of Rs. 35,03,993/- to the Deputy Director of Education, Pune.

The Deputy Director of Education, Pune to process and decide the proposal within three weeks from today. The amount shall be disbursed to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 3.

With these directions, contempt petition is disposed of. 4.
