The grievance of the petitioner is that, he has applied for medical reimbursement. The same is forwarded to the Deputy Director Social Forestry, Nashik, however, no decision has been taken. Even representation has been given by the petitioner. 4.

In case, the claim of the petitioner for medical reimbursement is pending, the respondent authorities shall
