Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek benefit of old pension scheme. The posts on which the petitioners are appointed were brought on 100% grant in aid after 01.11.2005.

The issue is no longer res integra in view of the Judgment and Order of the Full Bench of this Court at its Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013 with connected writ petitions

2 wp 11270.19 dated 30.04.2019. The Full Bench held that, if the employee is appointed prior to 31.10.2005 but the post is brought on grant in aid subsequently such employee would be governed by DCPS.

In light of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
