ORDER

1.

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner for quite some time, it transpires that any order in this petition would be an exercise in futility as even going by petitioner's case, there appears to be a disputed question of facts.

2.

In such a case, petitioner, aggrieved by acceptance of nomination of respondent no.7, may have other remedy including remedy in the form of election petition.

3.

As such, writ petition stands rejected with liberty to the petitioner to avail of remedy as may be available in law, including an election petition.
