The present petition is filed against the auction of sand spot. 3.

Affidavit is filed by the State stating that the work order is issued in favour of Respondent No.5 on 13.3.2015 and the decision of the sand spot is delivered to Respondent No.5 on 18.3.2015. 4.

The period of said auction also has come to an end. 5.

In light of the above, the case of the petitioners can not be considered.

In case some fresh tenders are issued and if the petitioners are aggrieved, liberty to the petitioners to take up appropriate proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
