The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondents. 2.

It is submitted that the proposal is not accepted by the Committee as the caste certificate issued is in Annexure B form and not as per Annexure form C. The petitioner had applied to the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhusawal. The S.D.O., Bhusawal issued letter to the S.D.O.,

( 2 ) wp 4002.18 Faizpur, to issue the caste certificate as from August 2013. Faizpur is an independent Sub Division.

The Respondent No. 3 - S.D.O. Faizpur shall after confirming the genuineness of the certificate produced by the petitioner of having issued by Respondent No. 2 shall issue the caste certificate of 'Tokare Koli' in the prescribed format, expeditiously and preferably within four (04) weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
