15th September, 2017 PER COURT :- 1) Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks liberty to amend claims, which are subject matter of the First Appeal in which these Civil Applications are filed, by reducing the claim and intends to pay deficit in Court fees within one week.

2) Leave to amend is granted to reduce the claim. The deficit in Court fees shall be paid within one week from today. Undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicants is accepted.
