PER COURT :- 1) This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of Letters Patent Appeal on account of failure to remove the office objections.

2) Heard. Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of LPA, is quashed and set aside and the LPA is restored to its original number. Civil Application is disposed of.
