Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

The bare allegations of abusing and beating with kicks and blows have been levelled against the applicant. There are no allegations of use of deadly weapon and causing injury. Considering the role attributed to the applicant in the first information report, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant Janabai Rajendra Kharat, by the order of this Court dated 05.05.2021 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions of bail. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
