The petitioner is challenging the penalty imposed upon the petitioner. We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned A.G.P. states that the petitioner has an alternate remedy against imposition of penalty.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has effective alternate remedy of appeal, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Keeping all points open with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, the writ petition is disposed of.
