It is submitted that the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. The petitioner is the student of 3rd year B.D.S. (New) winter-2019. The result of the petitioner is withheld.

We have heard the learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Sant, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 3.

Considering the above facts, we direct the Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months upon the normal functioning of the Committee.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of petitioner'

s examination only on the ground of validation proceeding is pending.

If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting her study for the 4th year B.D.S. only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 6.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered on the validation proceeding of the petitioner.
