Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. He submits that the writ petition is yet to be admitted. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3 resists the civil application.

However, having regard to that the petition is pending for admission, it would be expedient to allow the civil application. 4.

As such, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
