The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
