Heard Shri. Shirish G. Sangle, learned counsel for the applicants.

By these applications, learned counsel for the applicant-acquiring body seeks permission to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount with the office in pursuance of the orders dated 03.03.2015, 04.09.2018 & 27.09.2018 passed by this Court in respective applications. He further seeks continuation of stay to the execution of the Awards granted by this Court vide orders dated 03.03.2015, 04.09.2018 & 27.09.2018.

In view of the submissions made at bar, the applications deserve to be allowed as follows. 4.

The applicants-acquiring body shall deposit the cheque of the compensation amount with the office within a period of one week. Office to accept the cheque.

Stay to the execution of the Awards impugned in the present appeals granted by this Court vide orders dated referred to above, shall remain in force till disposal of the present appeals.
