The challenge herein is to the order dated 24th March, 2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nanded in Criminal Revision Application No. 47 of 2021 allowing the same and remanding the matter back to the Magistrate to decide the application moved under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure on it's own merits and on considering the directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Priyanka Srivastava and Another Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Others, (2015) 6 SCC 287. 3.
