The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as a Jr. Clerk in the year 2009. Thereafter, he has become permanent. The appointment of the petitioner is also approved on 07-01-2013. The proposal is given to include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali, but the decision has not been taken upon it as yet.

We direct the respondent authorities to take decision upon the proposal, if any, pending before them qua placing the petitioner' s name in the Shalarth Pranali, preferably within eight weeks. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
