This is an application for withdrawal of deposited amount. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court by appellant on submitting bank guaranty in the like amount of any nationalised or scheduled bank. 3.
