PER COURT :- 1) The petition is filed for giving directions to the respondents to sanction six posts as mentioned in the petition for the petitioner institution and make further order of approval. The petitioner is also seeking directions to implement the Government Resolution dated 18.8.2004.

2) It appears that the matter is processed and it is lying with the Commissioner - Respondent No.2. The subordinate officer has already forwarded the proposal with necessary recommendations in the month of March 2015, however, it was not decided.
