Learned advocate for appellant states that since the amount of bail bond is not mentioned in the operative part of the judgment and order dated 23rd April, 2025, Trial Court is not getting the bonds executed by appellant and has not released the appellant.

Even if no amount of bail is mentioned in the operative order, it is the duty of Trial Court to get the bonds executed of reasonable amount. Not releasing the appellant in spite of directions to release him forthwith in our view may amount to illegal detention of appellant.

The Trial Court is, therefore, directed to forthwith release the appellant by getting the bail bonds executed by appellant in the sum of Rs.15,000/-.
