Both the sides are present. In reply affidavit, at para No.5, it is mentioned by the High Court that there is no policy of outsourcing the Peons and Bailiffs. In para No.6, it is mentioned that the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Beed has cancelled the tender process mentioned in the present proceedings in future. The proceedings are disposed of in view of the above.
