Leave to correct the prayer clauses "B" and "C" of civil application No. 6320 of 2016, since the amount is inadvertently quoted as Rs.67,21,941.00 instead of Rs.44,032.00. 3.
This Court by order dated 8.2.2016 in respect of the same
ca6320.16 -2Award, permitted the claimants therein to withdraw the amount of compensation at the following rate :- I.
Rs.25,000/- per Mango tree, if it is granted more than Rs.25,000/- per tree.
II.
Rs.25,000/- per tamarind tree, if it is granted more than Rs.25,000/- per tree.
III.
50% of the value determined in respect of bore tree and Jambhul tree with statutory benefits.

In these applications also, the applicants-claimants mentioned at serial Nos. 1,3,4,5, 8 to 12, in the chart at page No.12 of civil application, are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation as per the above rate subject to furnishing undertaking in this Court to the extent of 75% of the amount and for remaining 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The claimants mentioned at serial Nos. 2,6 and 7, in the chart at page No.12 of civil application, are permitted to withdraw the entire amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

All civil applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
