Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final hearing was conducted in the validation proceedings by the Committee in March, 2021, but no decision is taken as one of the members of the Committee has changed.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP accepts that now the constitution of the Committee has undergone change and rehabilitate would be required.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28th June, 2021 and putforth his case.

The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within two months. The Committee shall endeavour to decide expeditiously as directed as the pensionary benefits of the petitioner are withheld.
