2] The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider and take decision on the proposal forwarded by petitioner no.1 -

2 21-wp4559-16.odt Institution for approval to the appointments of petitioner nos.2 and 3 as Shikshan Sahayak/Sevak (Assistant Teachers) and that of petitioner no.4 as Junior Clerk/Sevak in accordance with the procedure, Government policy and the Rules, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioners.

3] It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merit of the said proposal.
