The petitioner is aggrieved that even after he was appointed as a Peon, the proposal dated 01st July, 2016 seeking approval to his appointment is still kept pending by the Education Officer / Respondent No. 1.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the proposal dated 01st July, 2016 is still pending, the first respondent shall decide the same within 30 days on its own merits, if not already decided. If the proposal is already decided, the decision thereon shall be communicated forthwith to the respondent no. 3 - Management by the Education Officer.
