Perused record and proceedings. The notice issued on court motion to the sole appellant is returned unserved on the ground that she is reported to be dead. The bailiff report filed on record dated 19.05.2012 clearly indicates that the appellant Janabai Eknath Ghule died prior to three years. Thereafter no steps have been taken on behalf of the appellant to bring on record L.Rs., if any, of deceased appellant. Hence following order is passed.

ORDER

The appellant Janabai Eknath Ghule is reported to be dead hence appeal abated.
