The petitioner, by this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a Writ of Mandamus or a direction to the respondents to forthwith consider the proposal of the petitioner institute for additional intake of 20+30=50 students for GNM course from the academic year 2022-23.

The proposal is submitted by the University to the State Government for approval. The last date for admitting the students for

The State Government is accordingly directed to consider the said pending proposal on or before 15.6.2022. The order that would be passed be communicated to the petitioner within one week. 4.

This Court has not expressed on the merits of the matter. 5.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
