The learned A.G.P. has placed on record the Circular issued by the Commissioner Aurangabad dated 13.2.2015 in terms of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.11849 of 2014. In terms of the said circular a Committee is established to resolve the grievance/dispute in respect of the entries in the 7/12 extract and other connected matters. 2.

In view of the above circular, this writ petition can be disposed off by directing the petitioner to approach the aforesaid Committee, as detailed in the said Circular dated 13.2.2015 to redress his grievance. aaa/-
