Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of presenting appeal to the DRAT. Leave granted with liberty as prayed for. DRAT while dealing with the application for condonation of delay in appeal that may be presented by the petitioners, shall have due regard to the aspect of time spent in prosecuting the remedy of instant petition before this Court. 2.
The condition recorded in order dated 03.05.2016 by this Court that petitioner no.2 shall not deal with any of his assets until further orders shall remain operative, subject to any order

Learned counsel for petitioner states on instructions that petitioner will not leave India without securing proper permission from DRAT.
