Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant would deposit the entire amount under the award alongwith interest, before this Court, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.

In view of this, ad-interim stay to the effect, execution, and implementation of the order dated 16.4.2009 passed by the Civil Judge S.D. Omerga, in LAR Nos.424/2004, 423/2004, 417/2004, 426/2004, 460/2004, 386/2004 is granted, on the condition that the applicants shall deposit the entire amount covered under the award alongwith interest within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from today, failing which stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without back reference to the Court.
