1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 73 days caused in filing first appeal against the judgment and decree of the trial Court in a Special Marriage Petition. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that time of 90 days is there to file appeal so the appeal filed is in time and the objection was wrongly taken. In any case the respondent is served but nobody has turned up to contest the matter.

2 CA 9094 of 2015 2) In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
