On face of record, it appears that the present application has been filed by the applicants on 18.04.2022 prayed temporary injunction against the respondent from interfering in their peaceful possession in respect of suit property bearing gat No. 192 (Survey no.127/A) situated at Shirur-Tajband, Taluka Ahmedpur, District Latur and since then the present application is pending and as such, as on today nothing has been brought on record to show that any of possession of the applicants have been disturbed. 2.

Under these circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep pending this application, however in future any such exigency arises, in that event the appellants / applicants will be at liberty to file such application. 3.
