We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1.

The petitioner is challenging his demotion and also transfer.

Against the order of demotion, the petitioner has remedy U/Sec. 14(1)(E) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads (Discipline and Appeal) Rules and against the transfer, the petitioner can approach the Commissioner as per relevant Government Resolutions.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with
