Learned Counsel for appellant has tendered on record copy of judgment dated 30.10.2023 in Family Suit No.1103 of 2023 passed by the Judge, Family Court at Vadodara, Dist. Vadodara. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. She further submitted that, the parties to present appeal have already taken divorce by mutual consent and, therefore, the present appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal.

On going through the aforesaid judgment it appears Pooja K.

923 SA-655-2018 that, the present appellant as well as respondent have dissolved their marital tie by mutual consent. 3.

As such, the present Second Appeal stands disposed of at admission stage alongwith pending Civil Application No. 9873 of 2018.
