Heard the learned Advocate for the parties. It is submitted that the property in respect of which attachment sought is transferred by the respondent in the name of his second wife by gift deed dated 20.07.2022. It is stated that therefore it has become necessary to add her as party respondent. Though the fact is disputed that the proposed respondent is not a second wife, however, it is not denied that the gift deed is executed in her favour by the sole respondent.

In view of above, the criminal application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to amend the title clause of the petition accordingly by adding the proposed respondent as party respondent and to make consequential averments in the petition.

The amendment be carried out within one week from today.
