Leaned APP, on instructions from the Scrutiny Committee submits that the petitioner's proposal would be decided within eight days of his appearance before the Committee on 18.04.2024. 3.

We dispose of the contempt proceeding by directing the petitioner to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 18.04.2024 and thereafter directing the Scrutiny Committee to pass final order in his proposal on or before 30.04.2024.
