It is submitted that the Vigilance Cell is already conducted in the validation proceedings of the petitioner. In view of that the Committee shall decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of four months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23.07.2020.

The respondents shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground of the pendency of the validation proceedings.
