Mr. Patil, the learned counsel submits that, in the peculiar facts of this case, the petitioner has approached this Court directly instead of approaching the Committee by way of an appeal. The learned A. G. P. states that, even in the impugned order the petitioner is advised about the remedy of appeal. 2.

Considering the above, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Committee. In case such an appeal is filed by the petitioner before the Committee, the Committee shall dispose of the same
