Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has taken admission in 12th standard. He is exploring the possibility of admission in the professional course. This Court, in Writ Petition No.5008/2019 vide order dated 25.04.2019, directed the committee to decide the proceeding within nine months.

Though the hearing is concluded in February-2020, the judgment is not yet delivered. The brother of the petitioner is issued validity under orders of this Court. We have also heard the learned AGP.

The hearing has already concluded in February-2020. Due to the Pandemic Covid-19, the Committee has not delivered the judgment.

The Committee shall deliver the judgment expeditiously. The AGP shall communicate the same to the Committee. 5.

The petitioner may bring it to the notice of the Committee that the validity certificate is issued in favour of his brother. 6.
