These applications are filed by applicants for condonation of delay of 500 days caused in filing First Appeals.

Heard Mr. Chaware, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Patil learned counsel appearing for the respondent original claimant.

I have gone through the reasons/grounds mentioned in the application for condonation of delay, from which it appears that the applicant was prevented from certain causes and was unable to file the appeal within limitation. It appears that due to administrative difficulties the applicant/appellant was unable to file appeals in time.

Learned counsel for the original claimant has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing First Appeals is hereby condoned.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
