The present writ petition is filed against the respondents challenging the order dated 30.7.2016, passed by the Director, Board and Colleges and University Development, Aurangabad, thereby not granting the approval to the post.

Mr. Thombare, learned counsel submits that under order dated 30.6.2018 approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioners for one year.

According to Mr. Chaudhary, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have already completed probation period and the Management ought to forward the proposal for permanent approval.

Mr. Rudrawar, learned counsel submits that Management would forward the proposal within four weeks for permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioners.

Mr. Thombare, learned counsel for the University submits that in case such proposals are forwarded, the authority will decide the same in accordance with law. 6.

In the light of above , the grievance raised in the petition now does not survive.

In case, some orders are passed on the proposal for approval adverse to the interest of the petitioners, the petitioners naturally will have an opportunity to assail the same in accordance with law within four months.
