The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Minister in revision under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, whereby he has granted stay to the operation of the judgment and order passed by the Divisional Commissioner dated 10 December 2021, pending hearing and final disposal of the revision.

Learned AGP on instructions makes a statement that the learned Minister would decide the revision within four weeks. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the learned Minister to decide the revision within four weeks from today.
