PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition takes exception to the showcause notice issued by MSRTC. 2) In our opinion, the petitioner will have an opportunity to reply the show cause notice. In the circumstances, we decline to exercise writ jurisdiction. The petition stands rejected.

3) It is made clear that in the event any adverse order is passed against the petitioner by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, the same shall not take effect for a period of two weeks from date of passing such order.
