ORAL ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The learned counsel for the applicant agrees that the applicant - original accused was in jail since the time of his arrest on 19.7.2014, during the course of the trial. There is no dispute that now the applicant is a convicted accused for
Criminal Appln.No.2133/2016 offence under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Without going into the merits, the learned counsel for the applicant states that, if the appeal can be decided early, at present the applicant will not press for releasing on bail. The learned A.P.P. does not object to expediting the appeal. 3.
The application is thus disposed with liberty to again request for bail, in case the appeal is not disposed in reasonable time.

The appeal is expedited.

Paper Book be got prepared urgently.
