The condition was imposed on the present applicant, who resides at Vapi, Tq. Pardi, District Valsad (State Gujrat) in crime no. I-127 of 2014 registered with MIDC Police Station, District Aurangabad vide order dated 22/01/2015 passed in
2 Cr. Appln. 2134/2016 Criminal Application NO. 114 of 2015, that he shall reside within the territorial limits of city of Aurangabad. Further, the learned Sessions Judge was requested to take efforts for completion of the trial within a period of one year. The copy of the case details taken from the website of the concerned District Court and placed at Exhibit "B" would show that the case is fixed for evidence since 17/10/2014 and the next due date is 30/05/2016.

Upon hearing both sides and considering all the facts on record, the condition to reside within the territorial limits of city of Aurangabad is hereby revoked on the condition that the applicant shall on affidavit, supply the fresh and detailed address of the applicant of Vapi to the Court as well as to the Police Station.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
