This application is filed by the applicant for withdrawal of entire amount deposited on behalf of acquiring body. Perused the documents.

After perusing the record, it appears that there are four claimants, who are entitled to get the compensation amount deposited in this Court. But, the applicant/claimant filed the present application without impleading the other share holders as necessary parties to the present application. The

2 CA 7718/18 claimant/applicant did not disclose the fact of other share holders in her application and attempted to mislead this Court by filing the present application for withdrawal of entire amount including shares of other claimants. This conduct of the applicant appears to be highly deprecated and not approvable at all. However, this matter pertains to the compensation under the Land Acquisition Act, therefore, instead of imposing costs, application stands dismissed without further hearing.
