Present application has been filed for getting delay of 2837 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The State is challenging the Judgment and Award passed by the learned reference Court. Taking into consideration the reasons, those have been mentioned in the application, the delay is hereby condoned. The Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. Learned AGP submits that though the period that has been granted to deposit the decreetal amount is yet to expire, yet, they require some more time. Under such circumstance, the applicants/State to deposit

CA_5704_2019 the entire decreetal amount on or before 15.10.2019. This extension is granted as a last chance and said outer limit will not extended on any count. If the said amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, then it shall be treated that there is no stay.
