CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATE : 21st June, 2024 PER COURT :
CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3702 OF 2024 1.
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners.
2.
The application appears to have file for speaking to the minutes and modification of order dated 28.03.2024 passed 1/3
by this Court directing the learned Counsel for the petitioners to file written submissions on record. Admittedly, the arguments of learned Counsel for the petitioners is going on and he has argued the matter substantially, which is recorded in the order dated 21.03.2024. Thereafter also on 28.03.2024, further argument on behalf of applicants was heard and then the learned Counsel for the petitioners was directed to file written submissions on record. 3.
This Court has certain power to limit the argument on behalf of the parties. It is always proper to direct the parties to make arguments on the disputed facts. It appears that, despite such direction the learned Counsel for the applicants is now seeking modification of order dated 28.03.2024. According to him, no written submissions can be filed and the same can be filed only after completion of the oral argument. This submission is not having any force and no accepted by this Court.
4.
As such, learned Counsel for the applicants is directed to complete his arguments on next date. Apart from that, the modification as sought in the application by the learned 2/3
Counsel for the applicants cannot be under the scope "speaking to the minutes". As such, the application stands rejected.
5.
The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 6.
List the Civil Revision Application No. 38 of 2021 alongwith Civil Application No. 8997 of 2021, Civil Application No. 5676 of 2021, Civil Application No. 8995 of 2021, Civil Revision Application No. 37 of 2021 and Civil Application No. 5677 of 2021 on 1st July, 2024. 7.
Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, he would require atleast three hours to complete the oral argument. However, he has already argued the matter substantially and therefore, he is directed to complete his arguments in one hour.
8.
It is made clear that, if the arguments are not completed by the learned Counsel for the applicants there will not be any continuation of interim relief further. [ SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE ] JUDGE 3/3
