Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith.

Tribe claim made by the petitioner for validation is pending since 2014 before the respondent No.2 Committee. 4.

Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and adjudicate upon the tribe claim of the petitioner within four months from today without fail.

5.

The petitioner is directed to remain present before respondent No.2 Committee on 13th May, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. 6.

If the tribe claim of the petitioner is allowed, validity certificate shall be issued to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order.

7.

If the order that would be passed is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 8.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 9.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.
