1] Learned AGP states that the Divisional Commissioner has constituted a committee for redressal of the grievance with regard to mutation entries. Grievance in the present petition is also with regard to mutation entries not being effected.

2] In the light of that, we dispose of the petition with liberty to petitioner to approach the committee constituted on 13.2.2015. The committee, in case the petitioner approaches it, shall consider the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously.
